Flow Punch Forming is a process in which high-strength bushes or eyelets are produced in thin wall metals using an operation without cutting.
Instead, friction and feed pressure are used to heat and form the material.
This process gives a leakproof threaded port whilst reducing the overall manufacturing costs.
